      The source of cellulase is very wide, insects, mollusks, protozoa, bacteria, actinomyces, fungi and so on can produce cellulase.
      1. Bacteria: The amount of cellulase produced by bacteria is low, mainly EG, most of which have no activity for crystalline cellulose, and the enzymes produced are intracellular enzymes or adsorbed on the bacterial wall, which can rarely be secreted to the outside of the cell, increasing the difficulty of extraction and purification, and rarely used in industry. At present, the most studied are cellulose myxomyces, sporogenous Myxomyces and fibrinobacter.
      2. Actinomyces: There is little research on actinomyces. Mycobacterium and proactinomycetes produced almost no cellulase or had very low yield, while actinomycetes rosella, actinomycetes rosella, actinomycetes fibrosus and actinomycetes rosella produced slightly higher yield.
     3. Fungi: At present, most microorganisms used for the production of cellulase belong to fungi, and the most studied ones are Trichoderma, Aspergillus, Rhizopus and Mucorhynchus. They can produce a large amount of cellulase, especially Trichoderma. Trichoderma lii and Trichoderma viridis are the most active species of Trichoderma. Fungi produce three types of cellulase, can be secreted to the bacteria, generally do not aggregate to form a multi-enzyme complex, but have a strong synergistic effect on each other. At present, the preparations have been made of trichoderma viridis, Aspergillus Niger, Fusarium, and penicillium paecilomyces and Penicillium obliquus and other cellulases.
