    The product has a strong sweetness, the sweetness is about 130 times that of sucrose, and the taste properties are similar to saccharin. Bitter in high concentrations. Non-hygroscopic, stable at room temperature, with sugar alcohol, sucrose and other good miscibility. As a non-nutritive sweetener, it can be widely used in various foods. According to China's GB2760-90 regulations, it can be used for liquid, solid drinks, ice cream, pastries, jams, pickles, preserves, gum sugar, table sweeteners, with a maximum usage of 0.3g/kg.
     A variety of table sweeteners can be made from Acesulmi in sheet, granular, powdered and solution form. Due to its good solubility in water, Acesulfame can be prepared with a high concentration of solution sweetener for household table. Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life of the solution is not a problem. Solid and powdered table sweeteners are commonly used in hot drinks, and Acesulfame is particularly soluble and stable at such high temperatures.
