Sodium Ascorbate

[Main properties] Sodium ascorbate is a white to slightly yellow crystalline solid, odorless, slightly salty taste. 1g of this product can be dissolved in 2mL of water. The decomposition temperature is 218ºC, it is stable in the dry state, the color is deepened in the light, and it is slowly oxidized and decomposed after moisture absorption and in aqueous solution. It is more soluble in water (62g/100mL) than ascorbic acid, and the pH of 10% aqueous solution is about 7.5. Use vitamin supplements and antioxidants.
