      The main function is to hydrolyze lactose to glucose and galactose. The molecular weight is about 126000 ~ 850000, the optimal pH value: 7.0 ~ 7.5 prepared by E. coli; Those prepared by yeast were 6.0 ~ 7.0; Those produced by mold were about 5.0. The optimum temperature is 37 ~ 50ºC. At normal concentrations, about 74% of lactose can be hydrolyzed within 72h. Natural products are found in almonds, peaches, apples and microorganisms
