Application of CAS 27813-02-1 Hpma
1. The product is copolymerized with other acrylic monomers to prepare acrylic resin containing active hydroxyl groups. Two-component coatings are prepared with melamine formaldehyde resin, diisocyanate, epoxy resin, etc. It is also used as an adhesive for synthetic textiles and as an additive for decontamination lubricants.
2. Used as a cross-linked monomer for the manufacture of solvent-based or emulsion-based acrylic adhesives. Acrylic resin containing active hydroxyl group can be prepared by copolymerization with other acrylic monomers, which is used as medical materials, dental materials, photosensitive imaging materials, etc. It reacts with diisocyanate, epoxy resin, melamine-formaldehyde resin, etc., to prepare two-component or thermosetting coatings, which are used for the coating of automobiles, home appliances and colored metal shells. It is also used as a synthetic textile adhesive to replace sutures. It can also be used in the manufacture of natural or synthetic fiber treatment agents, other synthetic resins and ink modifiers.
