Product Usage
Antioxidants. Tert-butylhydroquinone is suitable for crud e oils and highly unsaturated oils, such as sunflower oil. For cooking oil and baking products, it should be used in combination with BHA, but it is suitable for cooking products. General dosage 100 ~ 200mg/kg. Chemicalbook is used as a PVC anti-fisheye agent and food additive, as an antioxidant, and can be used for edible oil, fried food, biscuits, instant noodles, instant cooking rice, canned dried fruit, dried fish products and cured meat products, with a maximum usage of 0.2g/kg.
White to light gray crystalline or crystalline powder. Has a very slight peculiar smell. Suitable for crud e oil and highly unsaturated oils, such as sunflower oil. For cooking oil and baking products, it should be used in combination with BHA, but it is suitable for cooking products. General dosage 100-200mg/kg, this product is white or reddish brown crystalline powder, Chemicalbook has a very light special flavor, almost insoluble in water (about 5‰), soluble in ethanol, ethy l acetate, ether and other organic solvents. Boiling point 295ºC, melting point 126.5~128.5ºC. It has anti-spoilage effect on most oils, especially vegetable oils. Iron, copper does not change color, but can turn pink if there is alkali.
