It is used as esterification agent for organic synthesis, photographic medicine, printing and dyeing mordant, buffer, chemical reagent, meat anticorrosion, pigment, tanning leather and many other aspects. It can be used to produce various chemical products, such as acetate and chloroacetic acid. As a buffer for seasonings, the product can alleviate undesirable odor and prevent discoloration, and has a certain anti-mildew effect. Can also be used as seasoning sauce, sauerkraut, mayonnaise, fish cake, sausage, bread, sticky cake and other sour agent.
