Chemical property
D-anhydrous glucose is a purified, crystallized D-glucose anhydrous substance, or contains a molecule of crystalline water. White odorless crystalline particles or granular powder. It is sweet and has about 69% of the sweetness of sucrose. Soluble in water, easily soluble in boiling water, slightly soluble in ethanol. Natural products are widely found in various plant tissues, honey and so on.
