Product Usage
Choline, that is, hydroxyethyl trimethylamine, is a quaternary amine base, colorless crystalline or colorless bitter water-soluble white grout, has a strong hygroscopic property, and can absorb water quickly when exposed to air. Choline readily reacts with acids to form more stable crystalline salts (such as Chemicalbook choline chloride), which are also unstable under strong alkali conditions, but are fairly stable to heat and storage. As a strong organic base, it can be completely ionized in water and has a low metal content. Its chemical properties make choline widely used in chemical and semiconductor fields.
As a food fortification agent. Can be used for infant food, the amount of use is 380~790mg /kg in liquid use is 50~100mg/kg.
