L-ascorbate palmitate is a white or slightly yellow powder, slightly citrusy odor, insoluble in water and vegetable oil, easily soluble in ethanol (1 g / 45 ml), MP107 ~ 117ºC, with optical activity [α] 250+21 ~ 24°, can be stable in dry air.
